Learning Agreement Erasmus Kit

Presentation of the aid agreements signed with the beneficiaries of Erasmus aid. In a study conducted in late 2019-early 2020, more than 90% of students said they would recommend OLA to their peers. In addition, 93% of IRO believe that all apprenticeship agreements should be concluded online through a user-friendly tool. The apprenticeship agreement is a key document for Erasmus mobility. From the Erasmus programme 2021-2027, e-learning agreements become the norm. In 2015, ESN joined the European Foundation for Higher Education (EUF) initiative, the Online Learning Agreement, which would develop a tool for students and universities that could be used online for the creation and signing of a learning agreement. In May 2017, the OLA was created to demonstrate the concept of experimentation and adoption of higher education institutions. The EUF has launched another project, OLA, which has added new features to the platform, such as apprenticeship agreements for internships and measuring user satisfaction. The apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning gains that the student must obtain during the exchange. These agreements are concluded by higher education institutions participating in Erasmus for mobility activities for students or staff. Apprenticeship agreements established for this semester as well as apprenticeship agreements for internships are now available via the old OLA platform. In recent years, we have seen how digital learning agreements can significantly reduce the administrative burden and provide students with a quality mobility experience.

In the past, the complexity of red tape has resulted in learning agreements not always being concluded before departure, as well as problems with ECTS recognition after students return home. Organisations carrying out mobility activities must meet common Erasmus quality standards. This document contains basic principles, good management practices and other guidelines. The Erasmus Charter for Mobility in Vocational Training and Training aims to encourage organisations that have a strong record in organising the mobility of vocational training institutions for learners and staff to develop their European internationalisation strategies. Information about the events can be found in kit`s list of courses. A list of English courses can be find here. Please also check the websites of your KIT faculty. This manual aims to help both the programme`s higher education institutions and the higher education institutions of partner countries to implement their MIC project from its application to the final report.

It contains information on key documents, rules and guidelines that interested organizations should be aware of. It describes the studies or internships a student must take. It must be signed by the sending and receiving organizations as well as by the student or intern. OLA and Erasmus Without Paper are the first two major digitisation initiatives in which the Erasmus student network has played an important role. Subsequently, ESN is actively involved in other digitisation initiatives, such as Erasmus Skills or the new Erasmus application. Problems with the German language?
